Supreme Snowboarding - ISO

It's time to strap down your bindings and take to the slopes in one of the best snowboarding simulations released on the PC. Have you ever longed to pull off massive 360 degree airs in some of the most beautiful locations in the world? Now you can without feeling the cold. This is Supreme Snowboarding in more ways than one.



The gameplay in Supreme Snowboarding is broken up into four main sections - Arcade, Time Trial, Half Pipe and Big Air. Arcade racing is where you race other snowboarders down treacherous terrains in a fight for first place. Tricks are not essential in this mode, but they're always fun to execute. Time Trial is where you perfect your line in an attempt to shave a tenth or maybe a hundredth of a second from your previous best. Half pipe is a trick event where you pull off the biggest, most impressive moves to earn a top score. Finally, Big Air is a 'one try, one outrageous trick' competition, and a lot of fun if you've got some friends around.



The control method is Supreme Snowboarding is balanced and well thought out. If you hold down jump, left, right or up and down, you'll see a gauge build up, showing how much effort you are going to put into a trick. This makes it easy to judge the spin or flip perfectly, depending on how much air you have.



Graphically speaking, this title is a gem to look at. The night time races are particularly impressive. Good graphics plus good gameplay equals one fine PC snowboarding experience.
